First, prepare the stars. To this end you can beat the egg and mix with flour and cheese until a compact mass, not sticky and slightly flexible. Knead to make it manageable and extend it with a roller.
With star-shaped cookie cutters, cut the dough. The boil in vegetable stock for about 10-15 minutes.
