Ingredients

  • 3 whole Chikoo (Sapodilla), Peeled And Cubed
  • ¼ cups Low Fat Milk Or Milk Substitute
  • ? cups Cold Water Or As Desired
  • 1 teaspoon Chia Seeds
  • 1 whole Cardamom Pod, Use Seeds Only And Discard The Shell
  • 6 whole Ice Cubes Or More

Cooking Instructions

Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Serve chilled.
