Lemon Chicken with Thyme recipe


  • 2 whole Lemons, Juiced
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Zest
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Thyme
  • ½ teaspoons Sea Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 4 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 F. In a small bowl whisk together lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper; set aside.

Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour mixture over the top, making sure to completely coat the chicken.

Bake for about 40 minutes (depending on size of chicken breasts) or until juices run clear. Enjoy!
