Apple Chips recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 whole Large Red Apples
  • 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon

Cooking Instructions

Preheat your oven to 200 F. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.

Using a sharp knife, thinly slice your apples cutting straight through the core. (They need to be cut thinly or it will take longer for the apples to bake.)

In a bowl toss together your nutmeg, sugar and cinnamon. Place your apple slices one at a time in with your sugar and spice blend and flip to coat both sides.

Place your apples on your prepared baking sheet. Bake at 200 F for 2 hours. Flip them over after the first hour. Cool and enjoy.
